I will post the route on DRR Group Chat in the week we do it.
Our 10 week Beginners course finished just before Xmas, and we have been asked by the group to keep this group going until the new course starts again in March.
The session is open to ALL members and you will run at your own speed in Paced Groups..
Suitable for ALL abilities and you will get out of it as much as the effort you are willing to put into it.
Ideal for burning off some of the extra fuel consumed over Xmas!!
The session would benefit from having more than one Runleader, so if any of you are available, please book on as a Coach and we can lead differing pace groups!
