The session is 5k timed run around a course (anti-clockwise) starting and finishing near the Icon, Daventry.
Course details and map to be shared on DRR members Facebook group.
The session will be repeated on Saturdays when ever possible, enabling you to have something to aim to beat.
Please arrive on time so the session can start on time.
