This session is a 30 min training session for all qualified runleaders and runleaders in training.
This month session will be taken be Wayne Byles.
We will be doing a 10 minute warm up followed by a 15 min main session leading into a 5 Mon cool down
We will be meeting at David's House and also having the meeting there after the session.
