Meeting at the old Gas Works Car Park (///playfully.pardon.rocket) for 8am start. We will be doing a slow social run. This session is suitable for all runners. Happy for faster runners to join, and loop. Route will be similar to what we have done on Sundays before, mostly flat.
I suggest taking it slower at the start to warm up. I will do some stretches at the end for the ones that want to stretch. I can be contacted on 07793634630 in case of emergency.
Optional after is a drink (& breakfast?) at Wetherspoons. Debs will already be there when we finish, about 9.30ish (non runners welcome too).
