Light trail shoes may be advisable if the weather hasn't been kind…

* Please remember to wear something high viz or bright and bring a torch, it's dark out there!
* Only runners that have booked 1 of the 16 slots on the Clubpal app can attend the session.
* Appropriate running clothes and shoes a must
* Current COVID rules to be adhered to
