We will meet by the lake at Lamport Drive on the Heartlands Industrial Estate, Post Code NN11 8YG, what three words: bookcases.cracking.chariots
This session will suit ALL abilities and we have a choice of several different distance loops to choose to suit everyone.
We will run in groups that run at a similar pace for forty minutes.
You MUST have a torch or some form of lighting
