Starting from The Peppermill car park at 5:45pm, all groups will head in a clockwise (Christchurch Drive to Grange) direction.

I will lead a group on a 5 mile route, at somewhere between 8 and 8:30 per mile to get back to the Peppermill around 6:30pm.

I have also listed route options below for a 3.7 mile route for an 11-11:30 per mile group, or a 3.35 mile route for a 12-12:30 per mile group, but happy for runners to amend as appropriate for other paces/distances, in order to get back to the Peppermill at 6:30pm. Runners to be put in and stick with their groups of 3 or more.

Optional curry at The Peppermill afterwards, and you can even stay on for Bingo later I believe.
