This session is about increasing the pace every mile over a set period and gaining negative splits.
For example mile 1 at 10min miles pace, mile 2 at 9min miles pace, mile 3 at 8min mile pace etc.
The session will start and finish at the Icon carpark and take in the winter route which as a 4mile course.
You will be set into groups and you should be able to keep together and help each other as the pace picks up.
Make sure you are wearing bright clothing such as hi-vis running clothing and make sure to have a head light or hand held torch.
