Meeting at the roundabout at the bottom of Newbury Drive, on Lang Farm, Daventry.
The warm up will be a flat 1 mile jog, from this location to session location, which will be just before reaching the school on the Monksmoor estate.
The session will be mainly jogging at a steady/comfortable pace in paced groups, but will include occasional short sections of increased pace, but critically not sprinting. More details to provided on the evening, however this session is suitable for all abilities - particularly as the main session takes place in a set location, with only small laps away from the start/finish area.
The cool down will also be a flat 1 mile jog back to the end of Newbury Drive - a reverse of the warm up.
