We will meet at The Icon Car Park at 9.55am and we will run the Daventry 10k race route. This will be an ideal opportunity to do a slightly longer route for newer runner or for the more experienced to see how their time compares to the past.

Everyone will be in a group at a pace they are comfortable with, we don't leave anyone behind, but if individuals who know the route want to run on their own, that is fine too.

I will have a first aid kit with me and can be contacted on 07793634630 in case of emergency.
