Meeting at 6.30pm on The Green, Nether Heyford opposite the Forester's Arms.
There is on-road parking along The Green/Bugbrooke Road.
This is a 5 mile social run for all abilities along road, canal tow paths, fields and public right of ways.
Faster runners to loop back, we all stay together.
Unless the weather has been dry for a good period of time, trail trainers are recommended.
