We'll meet at the Icon and team up in pairs.

We will run the summer route, one member of each pair clockwise, the other anti clockwise. When they meet, they will turn round and run back the way they've come.

Addition Information:

* Only runners that have booked on the Clubpal app can attend the session

* Appropriate running clothes and shoes a must
