Registration
Race day registration opens from 8am. Please ensure that you arrive in good time to park and to collect your race number which will contain your timing chip
Parking
There is free parking at the venue
Course
ThIs a mainly flat road race (open roads) After leaving the Sports Ground follow the Sywell Road to the Beckworth Emporium before taking the road to Mears Ashby then looping back round to the Sywell Road and no to the finsh Elevation is +127 and -127 Feet
There is no water station on the course. Competitors are encouraged to bring their own water for the race. At the finish there will be bottled water for each finisher, to reduce the impact on the environment please take your bottle home and recycle it

If you have a club shirt please wear this, and we will do a group photo at 8.30am, near the start line.
As normal we will cheer all club members home, and if your still energetic after your run, it would be nice to run back and support others.
Many attendees will go for breakfast afterwards, for those who are coming along we will be going to The Ock n Dough, 14-16 Farm Road
Wellingborough, NN8 4UF, which is about a 5-10 drive from the venue.
If you would like to come along but are struggling with getting there, please let me know and I will see what car sharing options we have available.
