This session is to allow John Sach to film the required content to complete his runleader training. Please only attend this session if you are happy to be filmed and for this to be submitted to England Athletics. The session will be taken by John Sach and overseen by Wayne Byles.
* Icon Field
* Meet at the Icon car park (first right after the Icon Centre on Eastern Way)
*After a warm up on the Icon Field we will do a very slow run all together to the Country Park. I will then set you off in pace groups to do one lap of the park (about 2.5 miles). We will then all run back together to the Icon Field for a cool down.
