Meeting at the old Gas Works Car Park (///playfully.pardon.rocket) 7.55am for 8am start. Distance will be about 4miles
This is not a run leader session so as always members run at their own risk and there will not be a first aider in attendance.
There will may be an option for a drink / breakfast afterwards in Wetherspoons with the other group
We will probably all stay together and ask faster runners to loop . We will be crossing roads so take extra care at these points.
