As I'm away in Scotland for a long weekend the trail run for Monday 24th June has been moved to Thursday 27th!
This is the Flore, Nether Heyford and almost Bugbrooke loop.
Meeting at 6.30pm in the village of Flore, this is a social 6 mile run along public rights of way, canal tow paths and footpaths and back roads.
We will meet next to the car park in Brodie Lodge Playing Field, Spring Lane, Flore, NN7 4LS
PARKING: there is a small car park off Spring Lane for the playing field, there is also on street parking along Spring Lane, if you park on the street please park considerately as it’s a residential area.
No runner will be left behind, as with all of my trail runs, we stick together with faster runners looping back to regroup.
As there are a couple of on road sections please wear something bright and/or visible.
