Meeting at the car park at Browns Road Sports Park. We will form groups of similar paced runners. No one will be left on their own. We will then complete the Staverton loop in an anti-clockwise direction (Staverton first). The route is approximately 5 miles. The course may change slightly through the building works between Browns Road and Staverton. This will be advised on the evening.
Please take extra care crossing roads, and as some of the path and road surfaces are pretty poor in places.
Only runners that book 1 of the places on the DRR Clubpal app can attend the session
