CAR PARK Change (Just this week due to fair). Now Waterloo car park (this is the car park next to it, we run passed it on the early run. you get into it from the roundabout by Wetherspoons)
As requested we will run some of these in the lead up to the Great South Run. This will be a slow paced group run, we are happy to go at any pace and stay together as a group or loop. We will meet the breakfast runners and then continue with them at 8am. We should get in about 4 miles.
Suggest you bring water & fuel (if wanted) to have in between the two runs or carry.
