All I can say is you need a team member
Please if possible choose a your team member before the night as this will make this work better.
Once your have a team can one of the team please message me with your best Parkrun time for both and I will message you back more details.

Bonuses will be awarded if members of the team come in Christmas fancy dress.
The session will start at around 7.15. so please arrive by 7 so we have time to do the briefing and then start on time

* Only runners that have booked 1 of the 50 slots on the clubpal app can attend the session.
*Social distancing rules to be adhered to
* Appropriate running shoes a must
