Long Buckby to the canal!
Meeting at 6.30pm near the seating area on The Market Place, Long Buckby, NN6 7RR. We will be doing a social 5 mile run along roads, public rights of way through fields and canal tow paths. There is the option for a post run beverage at The Goat afterwards.
There is plenty of parking on the Market Place car park, and there is also another car park behind the Co-Op, off Church Street.
No runner will be left behind, as with all of my trail runs, we stick together with faster runners looping back to regroup.
As there are a couple of on road sections please wear something bright and/or visible.
