This will be at Browns Road Sports Fields in the far corner.
We will run and ‘oval track’ in pairs. One Slower runner (The Hare) and one Faster runner (The Greyhound) If you have never done it before or you didn’t go to Michael’s Greyhound racing in Towcester then you’re in for a treat🤣!
This is a fun Intervals session (WITH NO HILLS 🤣🤣)
come and have some fun ( I challenge you not to have fun and so many laughs) but you will go home needing a drink 🤣🤣
