Meeting at the Admiral Nelson, Dark Lane, Braunston, NN11 7HJ.
We will run out and back along the canal, in a West and then South Westerly direction (towards Lower Shuckburgh, but you won't get that far).
This is an easy run, so should be done at a leisurely pace where you are able to talk.
The session is 30mins out, 30mins back, followed by an optional drink at the Admiral Nelson to finish.
