This session will suit ALL abilities, we will run in paced groups so no one runs alone.
Each group will run a set course for 22 minutes, before stopping for a 2 minute rest. They will then return the way they came, aiming to get back in 20 minutes.
Only people who have booked one of the 50 slots on the Clubpal App can attend the session.
