This session is laps on road/pavements around a 1 Km course
We meet at the underpass by the Icon and the session will be for 40 minutes.
The lap isn't too demanding, the aim of the session is to complete as many laps as you can in the allotted time, therefore the session is suitable for all abilities.
Addition Information:
* Only runners that have booked 1 of the 30 slots on the clubpal app can attend the session.
* Please hydrate properly and bring some fluids with you
* Please bring a head or chest torch as it's getting dark out there!!
