We will be running a 15 minute warm up session before we start the main session.
The main session will run from the Poets Hill , Newnham, The session is run over 30 mins split into 3 x 10 mins sessions, first 10 mins is a 3rd of hill then each 10 minute session the hill extends.
We will then be doing a small stretch session to finish.
Addition Information:
* Only runners that have booked 1 of the 20 slots on the clubpal app can attend the session.
* Appropriate running clothes and shoes a must
* A light may be required
