Meeting at 6.30pm in the village of Nether Heyford, we will be running along public rights of way, canal tow paths and footpaths and back roads.
The start point is near the bus stop on The Green, opposite the Foresters Arms.
No runner will be left behind, as with all of my trail runs, we stick together with faster runners looping back to regroup.
PARKING: there is ample on road parking along The Green or on Furnace Lane. Please park considerately.

* Please remember to wear something high viz or bright as we will be running along some back roads
* Only runners that have booked 1 of the 30 slots on the Clubpal app can attend the session.
* Appropriate running clothes and shoes are a must. Trail shoes aren't necessary but could be useful if it has been raining recently
