Paced run participants will team up in ‘Paced Groups’ so as to cater for all abilities, from the very speedy to those who just want to come and run walk.
The idea is that everyone will bring along a Food Donation and I will collect then into my car before the run and take them to the Daventry Food Bank the next day.
I intend to put on one session a month like this to help the Food Bank and hence those in our community who are struggling.
No donation is too small, from a simple tin of beans to a food hamper, everything will be gratefully received to help the needy in our town.
