We will meet in the Underpass which goes under Eastern Way just by the Icon at 18.20.
This is week 8 of the beginners will follow a fur 9 weeks of progressive increase in run time and intervals of walking. Our aim is that at the end of 10 weeks you will be able to do a 5k event.
