It does look as if the heavy rain will have cleared by tomorrow evening, so who fancies a bit of a run out?
The session will start from the Icon carpark, and will follow a route of about 4.5 miles.
We will run in groups of similar pace so no one gets left alone, and the session will suite all abilities.
Addition Information:
* Only runners that have booked 1 of the 40 slots on the clubpal app can attend the session.
* Appropriate running clothes and shoes a must
* A light will be required
