We will meet at the iCon subway at 6.30pm and once everyone is checked in we'll do some dynamic stretching to the parkrun start, then you're off!
Light trail shoes may be advisable if the weather hasn't been kind…

* Please remember to wear something high viz or bright and bring a torch, it's dark out there!
* Only runners that have booked 1 of the 16 slots on the Clubpal app can attend the session.
* Appropriate running clothes and shoes a must
* Current COVID rules to be adhered to
