This session is laps on road/pavements around a lit 800m course
We meet at the underpass by the Icon and the main session will be for 40 minutes after a short warm up.
The lap isn't too demanding, the aim of the session is to complete as many laps as you can in the allotted time, therefore the session is suitable for all abilities.
Addition Information:
* Only runners that have booked 1 of the 40 slots on the clubpal app can attend the session.
* Please bring some form of light.
* Please hydrate properly and bring some fluids with you
