The session will take place around the winter route.
We will run at a gentle pace for 1 mile as a warm up, followed by 10 one minute high effort intervals, each with one minute cool down in between.
After the last interval, we'll use what's left of the route as a cool down before some stretches.
Addition Information:
* Only runners that have booked 1 of the 30 slots on the clubpal app can attend the session.
* Appropriate running clothes and shoes a must
* All runners must bring a light of some description
