We will meet at The Icon Car Park at 18:30 and we will run the Winter Route, which is 4 miles (shorter if that's too far and perhaps longer for some speedy ones), in Paced Groups. Everyone will be in a group at a pace they are comfortable with, we don't leave anyone behind.
There will be No Limit to numbers on this session but Covid protocols continue to apply, so please keep social distance and do not attend if you have any symptoms.
Only runners that have book on the clubpal app can attend the session
It will be dark so a light will be required.
