Meet at Icon Underpass. As a warm up we will run to the bottom of Borough Hill via Southbrook. The main session will be 30 minutes of repeats up and down the road and as a cool down run back to the Icon
Depending on numbers signed up, we may do the hill repeats as a relay to give everyone a bit of a break.
