Meeting at 6.30pm, we'll head off at 6.40pm once everyone is checked in.
This is a 4 miler route for all. People are to stay in same pace groups, or faster runners to loop back, no one runs alone.
ROUTE - We will run out along Western Avenue towards Braunston Road, under the underpass and head up the road to the Timken Estate, from there we will head towards Mayfield Park and cut through Iron Duke Close to the Spider Park, from there we will run down Ashby Road, through the four ways subway, up the Leg Buster and to St James Street, the final leg will be London Road where we then hit Western Avenue and return to the Peppermill.
