This will be a week 9 of the 10 week courses.
The Beginners group will be led by David Packer assisted by Nadine Gray.
Other Run Leaders will attend various sessions to assist us to run the sessions safely and efficiently.
lastly these groups are aim at being FUN and to hopefully see everyone of you progress into the DRR Club Family and enjoy running with newly found friends 🙏
if anyone is struggling or feels pressured in any way please speak to either David or Nadine so that we can resolve any worries you may have.
