This session is Progressive intervals session.

We will start with a 10 minute warm up followed by a 30 min session  then into a 5 minute cool down.

Addition Information:

* Only runners that have booked 1 of the 12 slots on the clubpal app can attend the session.

* Appropriate running clothes and shoes a must

*Social distancing rules to be adhered to
