We will meet at Old Gasworks Car Park, off Braunston Road at 9am, and the afterwards walk up to Born & Bread for coffee or tea and cake (for those that want it!). It would be great to meet any other members at the café that don't join in the run too.
We will run a 10k route. Everyone will be in a group at a pace they are comfortable with, we don't leave anyone behind. We will start slow to warm up and there will be stretches afterwards for those that want it. I will have a first aid kit with me and can be contacted on 07793634630 in case of emergency.
There will be No Limit to numbers on this session but Covid protocols continue to apply, so do not attend if you have any symptoms.
