Meeting at the Icon, we'll run the winter route.
The aim is to start gently, then gradually increase your pace as the session goes on until you're at about maximum effort for the last bit.
Addition Information:
* Only runners that have booked 1 of the 30 slots on the clubpal app can attend the session.
* Please bring some form of light with you
* Appropriate running clothes and shoes a must
