This session is an out and return with a slight twist.
We will form teams of 2 (or 4 if numbers allow), and half of each team will run one way round a defined route, while the other half run in the opposite direction.
When you meet your team mate(s), you high 5, then turn and run back the way you came.
Addition Information:
* Only runners that have booked 1 of the 30 slots on the clubpal app can attend the session.
* Appropriate running clothes and shoes a must
