Meet at the Icon at 18.20 for 18.30 start
Fun session for all abilities which will be run in pairs
out and back up Braunston Road 361 and return
This session will be as easy or as hard as you and your partner agree, and the aim is that we all start and finish at the same time at the same place.
We will be running on pavements so normal trainers are fine.
