DRR Track Session


Track is suitable for abilities of runners, run at your effort and impossible to get lost.

After a warm up, the main session will be 1k reps, with 200m walk/super light jog in between.

Towards the end of the session we may do some shorter punchier reps.

We will then do a cool down to finish the session.
