Trail run of around 11.5miles.
This is suitable for runners of all abilities as we will go at the pace of the slowest runner, and faster runners will be asked to loop. I am using this as prep for my Ultra and will be wearing my race vest and trying out my poles, so will also be a good opportunity for those with longer races planned to try things out if needed.
Please note I haven't recced this route yet (this route was going to be the recce but I thought others might like to join in!) so attendance is on full understanding this could turn into a bit of an adventure if routes are blocked! Trail shoes would be strongly recommended as there will definitely be mud on course! Due to the distance and time outdoors I also recommend you bring a water supply and nutrition, and an extra layer/waterproof, just in case the weather turns
