We will meet at The Icon car park at 18:45 and run the winter route, which is 6.5km (4 miles), in paced groups.
There will be no limit to numbers on this session but covid protocols continue to apply, so please keep social distance and do not attend if you have any symptoms.
Only runners that have book on the Clubpal app can attend the session.
