This will be the introduction and assessment session to begin the 10 week courses.
On this session both groups will all meet together and we will assess to make sure everyone is signed up to the correct group to get most out of the following 9 weeks.
The intermediate Group will be led by Katie Brougham and the Beginners group will be led by David Packer. Each group will also have at least one assistant.
other Run Leaders will attend this first session to assist us assess the ability of each participan and ensure they are included in the correct group.
