Meeting at the old Gas Works Car Park for 8am start. I will be doing a 10 mile route in Daventry, as flat (it is Daventry) as possible to help prepare anyone for the Great South 10M. The group I will run with will try to do about 11-12 min miles, but happy for anyone to join that wants to go quicker or slower.
Optional after is a drink (& breakfast?) at Wetherspoons. Debs will already be there when we finish, about 10ish.
