Starting at the bottom of Newbury Drive (Parking), we start with a warm up before we do 6 - 8 hill climb reps at your own chosen intensity (on the path from bottom Newbury Drive to the Middlemore Roundabout A361). After the set we do a short cool down and some stretches.
