We will run a lap around Daventry that includes a number of hills, and depending on pace do some hill repeats on four of them. Anyone who's struggling can drop off the repeats, while for those monstering it, there is the option of a fifth killer hill to finish.
The full lap with 2 repeats on the four hills will come in at about 4 miles.
We'll start from Newbury Drive on Lang Farm - NN11 0WQ, what three words///deposits.nags.shaped
Groups will be decided on the night based on who signs up, but I'm looking at something along the following lines:
10:00 minute mile pace and above run the route, led by David Packer
08:00 - 10:00 minute mile pace as above, but two reps of each of the four hills, led by me
08:00 minute mile and below as above but three reps of each of the four hills led by Dan Day
