We will meet at The Icon Car Park at 6.15pm and we will run, a 3.4 mile pathed route in Paced Groups, faster groups can do longer, but aim to be back at the car park for 7.10pm. Everyone will be in a group at a pace they are comfortable with, we don't leave anyone behind. We will do a warm up before and a cool down afterwards. I will have a first aid kit with me and can be contacted on 07793634630 in case of emergency.
There will be No Limit to numbers on this session but Covid protocols continue to apply, so please keep social distance and do not attend if you have any symptoms.
Only runners that have book on the clubpal app can attend the session
It will be dark so a light will be required.
