Starting from Lamport Drive on the Heartlands Industrial Estate. We will organise ourselves into paced groups, and head down towards the canal in Braunston, via the new(ish) path alongside Middlemore and down the steps, returning the same way, with a loop of some sort, in Braunston, depending on your group’s pace.
The session is the full hour so please arrive on time.
Warm up as we go, by starting steady as we go downhill.
